Kingwell 30 tons spiral coil-pipe ice block machine KW-B30 (we’ll call this machine in short of KW-B30 below) can produce 30 tons block ice in 24 hours, we have different sizes of block ice for your option:

Our standard design of block ice for KW-B30 is 25kg, but you can choose any of your favorable size, or you can tell us your special size from your market, we can also customize the size and the machine to meet your clients’ requirement.


The block ice is widely used in pelagic fishing, fresh keeping, temperature controlling and ice sculpture. Especially for hot regions, such as Africa, Middle East, Australia, etc.Whats more, the block ice has a dominant advantage than other types of ice, it’s solid, strong and not easy to melt, so it’s perfect matched for transport in long distance and fishing industry.


Features of the machine KW-B30 (spiral coil-pipe evaporator)

  • Spiral coil-pipe: This design adopts spiral coil-pipes evaporator, which contacts salt water directly in the salt water tank, so the refrigeration effect is more efficient, and can help to save more energy, what's more, the spiral coil-pipe is with longer life-span.

  • industrial salt water as media for making ice: We use salt water to make ice, so the refrigeration system is simple, that will assure the simple operation and simple maintenance,very easy to look after and use it.

  • Power consumption: about 70 KW*H to make 1 ton ice, it depends on the ambient temperature.

Water consumption: about 1.1 tons water to make 1 ton ice.
